Refund and Returns Policy

Introduction

At Aideias, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. Our products are uniquely created on demand for you. Due to the nature of our print-on-demand services, we operate under a no-return policy, but we offer solutions if there are issues with your order.

No Returns

All sales are final because we create personalized, made-to-order products specifically for each customer. We cannot accept returns based on change of mind or other similar reasons.

Replacements

While we do not accept returns, we understand that there may be circumstances where a product could arrive damaged or defective. In such cases, we offer a replacement at no additional cost to you. Please see the guidelines below for how to qualify for a replacement.

Eligibility for Replacements

  • Defective Items: If the product arrives defective or damaged, we require photo proof of the defect/damage emailed to us at support@aideias.com within 48 hours of the delivery date.
  • Incorrect Order: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will arrange to send a replacement to you.

Process for Handling Issues

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@aideias.com with your order number, details, and photographs documenting the problem.
  2. Review: We will examine the evidence provided and determine if it qualifies for a replacement.
  3. Replacement Dispatch: If approved, we will dispatch the replacement item as soon as possible at no additional cost.

Product Variations

Please note that slight variations in color and placement of the design may occur due to the nature of the print-on-demand manufacturing process. These variations do not qualify as defects and will not be eligible for replacements.

Cancellations

Since we start processing orders immediately, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests. Please ensure all details of your order are correct before checking out.
